BIOGRAPHY

Rachelle Hornesch is a dutch material and product designer based in Maastricht, The Netherlands. 

She recently graduated at the Maastricht Academy of Fine Arts and Design (MAFAD). 

In 2018 she published a book about her research "2.000.000.000 precious pieces" in which the origins of the waste flow that occurs during the cultivation and sale of cut flowers is described and new material possibilities are explained.
